It’s a relaxed, collaborative discussion designed to ensure we’re aligned before I begin designing your trip.
Based on our conversation, I’ll create a personalized travel proposal tailored to your goals and travel style. You’ll have the opportunity to review the details, ask questions, and request adjustments before moving forward. Once approved, I’ll take care of securing your reservations.
After your proposal is approved, I manage the booking and coordination of all travel components. This includes confirming accommodations, transportation, and experiences while ensuring every detail is aligned. I also continue to monitor your reservations and handle any updates or changes along the way.
As your trip approaches, I’ll assist with final preparations, helpful tips, and recommendations so you feel confident and ready to travel. While you’re away, I remain available for support should anything unexpected arise. From departure to return, I’m here to make sure your travel experience runs smoothly.
